Gabi

My journey began with a deep love for music and movement. I started dancing at a young age and quickly gravitated towards ballet and contemporary, which led to the opportunity to audition for the London Contemporary Ballet School at just 14. I was accepted into their Centre for Advanced Training (C.A.T) programme, where I trained for two years and at 16, I secured a position as a trainee dance teacher.

While exploring my next steps after school, I enrolled at Brockenhurst College for a Level 2 Group Instructor course and it was there that I truly fell in love with teaching. I then went on to complete my Level 3 Personal Training qualification alongside Level 3 Sports Massage.

Throughout those years, the gym became a safe space for me, strengthening both my physical and mental wellbeing. That journey led me to Urban. Walking in with my CV, I was met by the most nurturing and inspiring people, who genuinely mentored and guided me into this role and the beginning of my career. Urban embraced me wholeheartedly and played a huge part in shaping the trainer I am today. I am now continuing to expand my skillset, pursuing further qualifications and classes such as Barre fitness and more.

I believe strongly in core values and that confidence is key. I am deeply committed to mental health and strive to create a supportive, uplifting, and empowering environment in every class I teach.
