Why Strength Training is so important

One of the most striking effects of aging is the loss of muscle mass, strength, and function.

Muscle mass decreases approximately 3–8% per decade after the age of 30 and this rate of decline is even higher after the age of 60 [1]

Muscle loss and strength can influence and affect many aspects of your life such as your daily functions, your walking, posture and increases the risk of injury.


Strength Fusion is a mix of strength training and elements of cardiovascular fitness.

A class will include functional strength moves such as squats, deadlifts and presses with equipment to suit your fitness level.

Our Coaches will be able to modify exercises based on the participants and tailor it accordingly to individual needs.
