Alex Brown - Yoga Teacher

I first committed to a regular yoga practice when a long term injury made me really appreciate the importance of taking care of my body and mind and not always pushing myself to my limits.

In 2021 I undertook my 200hr YTT with green yoga international and quickly fell in love with teaching.

I am so grateful to be able to share my knowledge and practice with members at urban and aim to provide an hour of movement, reflection and calm for all my students. I firmly believe yoga is for everybody and encourage students to really honour what it is that they need from each practice.

I particularly love teaching slow flow vinyasa classes and creating fluid sequences fuelled by deep restorative breathing.
