My passion has always been exercise, sport, keeping fit and healthy, and the outdoors! I have always trained, previously when younger as a cyclist, where I raced at international level, but now more to maintain a respectable level of fitness that allows me to continue enjoying life. The difference is now I listen to my body more. Apart from keeping fit and healthy, exercise helps me remain positive, and clears my head when the demands of everyday life can take their toll.
I enjoy working with my clients to achieve their goals, which are personal to each individual.
