I am Ewan and I love helping clients to feel and be the best that they can be! I truly understand the challenge, both physically and mentally having personally achieved significant weight loss and rebuilding strength following a serious rugby injury. It was this experience which led me to becoming a personal trainer.
I am a passionate advocator of a healthy diet combined with a tailored exercise programme and understand that this has to be made specific to each individual, to ensure it realistically works with their lifestyle. My job is to motivate, inspire and support clients to reach their own goals using latest techniques and hopefully make the process enjoyable along the way. You may be surprised by the extent that very small changes can make to results that you see!
I go to the gym 5 times a week and love to play football, rugby and tennis I also am an AFC Bournemouth supporter and attend as many matches as I possibly can.
