Our new and exciting wellness program designed around your health and fitness goals.

MONDAY to FRIDAY: 12:30-13:15

Join Manny and the team on this highly motivating daily workout incorporating a blend of all types of training from bodyweight, high intensity, movement flow, and core work. 

The program also allows members to track weight, take body measurements, before and after photos, goal setting, and be given useful tips on a range of topics in the fields of nutrition, injury prevention, healthy habits, and mental health.
